No. 3 and No. 4 – more Tooth Fairy visits

This week, Oliver lost 2 more teeth.  The top 2 front teeth make 3 and 4 to fall out.  I say fall out, but he actually pulled both of these out himself!

He woke me up this morning with a sharp prod; “Guess what Mum, I pulled my tooth out!!!!”  Through bleary eyes I glimpse a gappy grin and a hand holding his pulled tooth.  He is not going to be gappy for long!  He already had his adult teeth growing in quite fast:

No. 2 and No. 7 – more Tooth Fairy Visits

Within just a couple of days, Oliver had lost tooth number 2 and Isabelle lost number 7.

Oliver’s 2nd wobbly tooth was soooo wobbly that when Owen said “let me pull it out”, Oliver said “ok”!  So, one little tug and out it came.  Oliver was happy because it meant another visit from the tooth fairy.

Isabelle’s 7th wobbly tooth had been like that for weeks.  When Owen said “let me pull it out”, she said “no way!!”  So, we had to wait for a couple of days before we were sitting at dinner and suddenly Isabelle said, “my tooth has come out and I am bleeding”.  After that mini drama,  she was pleased to have another tooth fairy visit.

Oliver’s bottom 2 big teeth are already half way to full size!

Can't see the holes from missing teeth , but I liked this photo of my 2! I love the stickers on Isabelle's ears - she really wants her ears pierced!

No. 1 and No. 6 – a Double Tooth Fairy Visit

Sunday was an eventful day!  Over breakfast, Oliver suddenly yelled, “My tooth has come out!”  His middle 2 teeth on the bottom have obviously been wobbly for a while, but he didn’t notice until Thursday or Friday.  So, it was a bit of a shock when one came out so quickly.  His other tooth is very close to falling out.  I believe the tooth fairy will be back again this week for that one.

I can already predict braces for my lovely little boy as the 2 adult teeth that are very visible, are growing so crooked 😦

Isabelle has had 2 wobbly teeth for a while.  At dinner time, she was busy chewing her meat and then cried, “oh no, I think I have eaten my tooth”.  A quick examination of the contents of her mouth (:-)) and we recovered tooth number 6 ready to go under her pillow.

What a busy and expensive night for the Tooth Fairy in the Jones House!

The gaps are looking more even now.

The Tooth Fairy (visit number 4)

The Tooth Fairy visited our house again last night.  It is visit number 4 for Isabelle who has now lost all of her front teeth!!  Last night at dinner, the very wobbly one on the bottom came out when she was eating.  It has been threatening to come out for days and Owen has had great fun in getting the pliers out and pretending to pull it out for her – much to her disgust!

There is a perfect gap for her tongue to peek through, which it often does now, especially when she is smiling.  The School Photographer nick-named her Lizabelle because she kept poking her tongue out!  Thankfully, the first bottom to fall out now has 1/2 a big one grown and the top 2 have started to grow too.
